Melting Process Of Glass Teapot

1. Silicate formation: This phase of the mixture of the components in the heating process through a series of physical and chemical changes occurred mainly solid contrary to the majority of gaseous products from the mixture to escape the final coordination material into silicate and silica composed of opaque sintered material.

2. The formation of glass bottles: At this stage the sinter begins to melt while the silicate and the remaining silica melt the final sintered material into the transparent glass liquid with a large amount of bubbles and the chemical composition and properties are uneven.

3. Clarification: The liquid glass continues to be heated to reduce the release of a large amount of gaseous debris to eliminate visible bubbles.

4. Homogenization: Glass liquid for a long time under high temperature due to the role of diffusion in the glass stripe strong elimination to allow the limit into one, homogenization can be done at a lower temperature than the clarification.

5. Cooling: After clarifying homogenization, the temperature of the glass liquid is lowered 200~300℃ so as to make the glass liquid have the viscosity necessary for forming.
